Jeanette joined Danielson Financial Group in April 2015 as a Client Services Manager. She brings over 15 years of customer service experience and has been an administrative assistant for more than eight years, focusing specifically on research and special projects. Jeanette has worked in the retail, manufacturing, print, and supply chain businesses. Given her diverse and solid experience, she strives for daily excellence, innovation, and growth. She will be assisting Michael D.J. Carpenter to help manage daily administrative duties, including preparation and maintenance of client portfolios, responding to client inquiries and requests, and special projects.
Originally from Puerto Rico, Jeanette is fluent in both English and Spanish. She holds a Master of Arts degree in Religious Studies with a focus on Ancient Religions from California State University Long Beach. Some of her academic subjects included ancient history, philosophy, comparative studies, humanities, and the languages of Japanese, Latin, and Ancient Aramaic. She is a member of the Honor Society of Phi Kappa Phi and is proud to also be a member of the National Geographic Society for 17 years.
Jeanette moved to Las Vegas in July 2011 with husband Edgar Rivas, an avid and competitive road cyclist, and her four-legged "firstborn" Yorkie, Obi-wan Kenobi. The couple welcomed their first child, Gabi, in December 2013. Jeanette enjoys family walks to the park and dancing Zumba. Jeanette also enjoys hiking, cooking, reading, spoiling little Gabi, and cheering for her husband from the sidelines at road races.
